Rockland County District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe today announced that Kenneth Frank (DOB 02/12/58) of 23 Lillian Street, Pomona, New York has been indicted and charged with two counts of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, class “D” Felonies.
