Rockland County District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe today announced that Steven Dloughy (DOB 02/13/67) of 39 Ewing Avenue, Spring Valley, New York has been arrested and arraigned for taking thousands of dollars from his elderly mother under false pretenses.
