Rockland County District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe today announced that Jose Batista (DOB 11/24/78) and Jason Batista (DOB 7/15/81) of 89 Decatur Avenue, Spring Valley, New York pled guilty to Assault in the Second Degree, class “D” Felonies.
